About the Coach
Becky Roth, MSW, LGSW,
Certified Professional Coach
over 18 years of experience in career counseling, employee assistance, work-life and
wellness, I have dedicated my career to coaching individuals toward
achieving success, balance and fulfillment in their lives and careers. My approach to coaching is to serve as a
thinking partner to individuals wanting to improve their path forward. With a goal-oriented approach, we work together to create and manage an individualized career or life plan.
As an employee
assistance account executive, I've consulted and conducted leadership
development trainings for a diverse clientele of small and large companies in
the Washington Metropolitan area. I have provided customized trainings to companies in Baltimore, Chicago, and
Philadelphia on various topics such re-entering the workplace, resume and linkedIn profile development, job search and networking strategies. In addition, I've collaborated with human resources and management departments to develop
leadership programs for top company executives.
I've attended the University of Pittsburgh, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Psychology, Communications and Theatre. I received a Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland
specializing in Occupational Social Work. I'm a Licensed Graduate Social
Worker in the State of Maryland, and a Certified Practitioner in EQ-i and EQ 360 and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessments.
I've completed the Certified Professional Coach training with the College of
Executive Coaching and the International Coaching Federation.
